Backfill fetches new data from source APIs for the date range.
Re-ingest runs in replace mode: deletes the existing episode + its
edges for each matched document, then re-queues the document for fresh extraction.
Use force when ingestion is paused and you want to queue documents anyway — they'll
process when you unpause.
